Marynissen Estates Winery
Marynissen Estates has its roots deeply embedded in the soil of Niagara-on-the-lake. Located in the four mile creek sub appellation at the base of the escarpment the estate was home to the oldest commercial planting of Cabernet Sauvignon in Canada.

Meet MArynissen estates
Experience a taste of history and enjoy a relaxing day in wine country at Marynissen Estates! The estate was the site of viticulture pioneer John Marynissen’s innovative work, having originally planted Canada’s oldest commercial Cabernet Sauvignon vines in the 70’s. Today, our team consists of a group of individuals passionate about the Canadian wine industry, who want to pay respect to our important history while continuing to learn, grow, and move our winemaking forward in creative ways. Our team is thrilled to be able to continually share great Canadian wines with great people for great value!
