Come visit one of the most colourful and vibrant destinations in the heart of Niagara’s fruit and wine country—where “Proudly Made in Ontario” has never tasted so good! Since opening in 2014, Shiny Apple Cider has been crafting premium, locally made cider using apples grown on Ontario family farms. With seven apple varieties blended into our signature taste, Shiny is crisp, flavourful, and available in a range of formats and flavours to suit your whole crew. It’s vegan, gluten-free, and—trust us—it’s that good. Don’t forget to ask about our Cider Club while you’re here!
You’ll also find our award-winning FRESH Wines on-site—bright, expressive, and crafted from 100% Niagara-grown grapes. Whether you’re sipping sparkling at brunch or pouring a glass poolside with friends, FRESH is all about celebrating life’s everyday moments with a little flair. These wines are made to enjoy young (within 1–2 years of bottling), and just like our cider, they’re vegan-friendly and gluten-free.
