Strategic Tourism Marketing Plan Request for Proposals

Wineries of Niagara on the Lake is inviting qualified marketing agencies and consultants to submit proposals to develop a Strategic Tourism Marketing Plan. The purpose of this project is to create a clear, actionable plan that will:

Strengthen the WNOTL brand and value proposition
Grow sustainable, year round tourism visitation and winery experiences
Increase consumer engagement and conversion
Improve member value and alignment across 25 wineries
Establish the Niagara-on-the-Lake Icewine Festival as a world class event
Establish clear goals, KPIs, and an actionable plan tied to budget realities
